Who says cheaters never win? Cheat your way through unnecessary pounds, simply by substituting some of the unhealthy ingredients in your favorite foods, with more healthy substitutes!
Add lean cuts of meat to your dishes. Add more vegetables in the form of peas and greens to soups, and cut down on the amount of meat chunks that you throw in. Remove all skin from chicken before you cook it, and skim off the fat layer from soups and broths before you freeze them.
If your diet includes a lot of dairy products, limit your consumption to low-fat or skim milk. Use small amounts of vegetable oil to stir fry vegetables, and cut down the amount of fat that your recipe calls for by 50%.
