If you're a senior seeking to improve your health and fitness level -- or the child of a senior looking to help Mom or Dad maintain their strength and mobility -- we can help!

We've trained clients from age 9 to 90 with great success. Regardless of age, regular exercise with a personal trainer can ensure that seniors:

  • Stay active and healthy over the long haul. 

 

  • Improve strength, balance and stability.

 

  • Preserve the confidence and self-esteem that comes from maintaining your independence.

We have certified personal trainers available just about every day of the week to make exercise house calls. You just let us know when you are available to exercise and we'll accommodate your schedule.

If you have exercise equipment at home, we'll incorporate it into your personal training program. If not, your personal trainer will bring all of the exercise equipment you need to make safe and steady progress toward your wellness goals.
